As part of its continuous growth, the synava Group is expanding its technological scope and strengthening its management team with the addition of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With Jan Loeffler, who assumed this role in April 2025, the group welcomes an experienced leader to strategically drive innovation and digital transformation.
As CTO, Jan Loeffler will focus on shaping the group’s global tech strategy, future-proofing the R&D division, and ensuring optimal collaboration across all subsidiaries. The newly created CTO position emphasizes the increasing importance of technological excellence for the group’s future development.
Jan Loeffler brings years of experience from his previous role as CTO at WebPros, the company behind leading web hosting products such as Plesk and cPanel. In this position, he was responsible for the company’s technological strategy, led product development, and played a pivotal role in accelerating the company’s cloud transformation. Prior to that, he held key positions as Head of Platform Engineering at Zalando and Head of Web Hosting & Servers at IONOS.
